Customize the User Interface
Change the User Interface Style
1. In the upper-right corner of the main window, choose Options/User Interface Style and choose the desired color scheme and display style in the list. The following styles are available:
Blue - Office 2007-like Blue interface (default)
Black - Office 2007-like Black interface
Silver - Office 2007-like Silver interface
Aqua - Office 2007-like Aqua interface
Scenic - Windows 7-like interface
White - Flat White interface
System - Grey system interface
Minimize the Ribbon Toolbar
1. Click on the Quick Access Toolbar drop down menu (on right of the File Menu). In the menu choose Minimize the Ribbon. Using this mode the Ribbon is displayed only when you click on the tabs.
2. Redo the operation to show the Ribbon again.
Add, Customize Toolbars
Using this procedure you can add your own toolbars in the user interface and customize them:
1. In the upper-right corner of the main window, choose Options/Customize Toolbars.
2. A dialog box opens. Click New to make a new toolbar, give it a name. Click OK. The empty toolbar is added in the user interface.
3. Select the Commands tab. If you want to add a command in the toolbar, drag & drop the command from the dialog box to the toolbar in the user interface. The command is added. Redo the operation for the other commands.
4. By default the icons are 16x16. If you want to use large icons in 32x32, select Options tab (in the Customize dialog box) and choose Large Icons.
5. Quit the dialog box by clicking Close. Now you can place your toolbar anywhere in the user interface by using Drag & Drop.
Show/hide the Librarian
1. Select Options/Librarian Window or press ESC.
2. By hiding the Librarian, you gain some space in your application work area. The opened windows are automatically rearranged.
